StrengthTea


StrengthTea Recipe :

half tsp Matcha
half tsp of Moringa
half tsp of Vitamin Mineral Green Powder
half tbs or 1 tbs of Chia Seeds (add first w/powders before pouring slightly boiled water)
pinch of cayenne
pinch of turmeric
2 slice of ginger root
squeeze lemon drips
half tbs or spoonful of raw Honey
(pick any tea bag) green tea, lemon ginger, ginseng, etc.

this is a real kick in the pants tea, great fore throat, indigestion, immflamuation, energy, etc.,
